Scope of Work
EIS implemented Microsoft Dynamics Navision 4.0 SP 1 in all the companies of the Taylor Smith Group.
The project comprised the implementation of the Financials, Distribution, Manufacturing and Job Costing modules as well as the development of documents and specific applications.
Value Delivered
The main challenge in the implementation of Navision at Taylor Smith was to deal with the diverse activities of the numerous companies that constitute the Group.
The Taylor Smith Group now benefits from a streamlined and standardized accounting function whilst all customer cards are integrated into one single address book.
