Roger Fayd’herbe Co Ltd (RFH) is a leading company in the agro-chemical, agricultural tools and seedlings industry in Mauritius. The company has been in existence for over 40 years and is the leading distributor of agrochemicals and sprayers in the country. Its main clients are sugar estates and small planters and co-operatives associations.
RFH has 3 key areas of expertise:
- Import and distribution of agricultural fertilizers, chemicals and animal feed
- Manufacturing of seedlings for small planters
- Supply of agricultural tools for farming and gardening
Scope of Work
The project comprised the implementation of Microsoft Navision 5.0 Financials, Distribution, Manufacturing and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) modules as well as the development of documents and specific applications.
Value Delivered
The project consisted in an ERP migration project and our competencies in both source and target ERP solutions made the transition from their existing system to Navision 5.0 a smooth one without any disruption to the existing business processes.
The solution provided RFH with enhanced flexibility to manage the company. The newly implemented CRM module helped RFH in the proactive management of their customer expectations and the improvement of their service levels.
