Kabir Ruhee – Managing Partner
Born in 1977, Kabir holds a first degree in Mathematics and Physics from the Faculté des Sciences de Luminy, Marseilles and a MEng in Automatic Control, Electronics & Computer Engineering with specialization in Real Time & Systems from the Institut National des Sciences Appliquées of Toulouse. Kabir worked from 2000 to 2004 for Capgemini, Telecom Media & Entertainment, Central & Southern Europe, as a Technology Consultant in Paris. He worked for DCDM Consulting in Mauritius, a company managed by Accenture from 2005 as a Manager in their Business Consulting service line.
 
Kabir joined the Rogers Group in 2007 and has held the position of Chief Information & Planning Executive of Cim since June 2008 and was subsequently appointed Managing Partner of EIS as from December 2009.

Cyril Chee Kim Ling, Partner – Value Added Solutions
Born in 1957, Cyril holds a Masters degree in Information Technology and a Diplôme d’Etudes Supérieures Spécialisées from the Université Paris VI.
Cyril started his career in 1981 as Software Manager of GIS Ltd, a company acquired by the Rogers Group in 1988, and was appointed as its General Manager in 1994.  He successfully expanded the company’s business activities through the acquisition of the business of Satellite & Co in 1999 and its merger with Enterprise Solution Provider Ltd in 2005.

Shams Varsally, Partner – Data Centre & Outsourcing
Born in 1960, Shams holds an MBA degree from Surrey European Management School and is a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in England and Wales. Prior joining the Rogers Group in 1996 as Finance Manager, he has worked in the Civil Service, the audit practice of DCDM and in the beverage industry. He was appointed Deputy General Manager-Operations of Enterprise Information Systems Ltd in 1988.

Shams was appointed as Senior Manager for the Data Centre & Outsourcing service line of EIS in October 2009.

Hussain Ajambeg - Senior Manager - Finance & Accounts
Hussain was appointed as Senior Manager, Finance, Accounts and Corporate Services in May 2010.

Christopher Park, Senior Manager - Human Resources
Born in 1982, Christopher holds a Master of Commerce degree with specialization in Human Resources Management & Marketing from the University of Western Australia. Christopher started his career in Australia in 2006 working as a Recruitment & HR Consultant for Chandler Macleod, one of the largest Recruitment & Consulting companies there. Upon his return to Mauritius in 2008, he worked on a contractual basis with Core Services - DCDM and subsequently left to work for Adecco Mauritius as a Recruitment & HR Consultant, focusing mainly on HR projects, recruitment as well as building the Adecco brand name in Mauritius.

Christopher joined EIS in October 2010 as Senior Manager - Human Resources.

Alain Lim, Partner - Infrastructure & Mobile Solutions
Born in 1970, Alain holds a Bachelor degree in Computer Science from Kingston University, England. During his time in the UK, he worked for a number of blue chip companies such as Bank of America and Exxon. Prior to joining GS Informatique (GSI) in 2010 as Sales Manager, Alain worked at IBL Informatics for 6 years.Following the merger of GSI with Enterprise Solution Provider (ESP) to form EIS, Alain was appointed Sales Manager of the Infrastructure and Value Added Solutions service line in 2005 and has helped establish EIS as one of the leading IT solution provider in Mauritius.

Alain was appointed as Partner - Infrastructure and Mobile Solutions of EIS in December 2011.
